Is it November yet?
Is it November yet?
I have done 3 pages in the last 2 days and it feels good! 1 page isn't released yet (Songbird Avenue), so I won't show it yet! :)
You Rock (This is the 1st one in a really, really long time that I didn't use a template on!)
Mud (This one was done awhile back, but I didn't show it here)
I have absolutely no idea where I left off showing my P365 pages, so here is the latest week's. Since the photos and journaling are the exact same as on here, oh well!
Off to clean my house! Happy Saturday!
things around here today. I hadn't changed up my header since March! Hadn't had the time! And since it's almost June - I went straight to there.
So - here's the catch up thread. :)
This came in the mail yesterday! I was very excited to get it!!!! I had wanted it ever since Meredith had put it in her shop. She had a nice sale and a coupon to subscribers last weekend, so I ordered it! She puts so much thought into the packaging - I was so impressed!
Well - I thought I had more, but now I can't think of anything! So - have a great day!
When you went with me to WalMart last weekend, for the 1st time ever - you pointed to a cereal and wanted to bring it home. Cookie Crisp cereal to be exact! "Chocolate chip cookies", you said. You have never, ever done that before, so I got it to see what would happen. Ryan got it out this morning to have for breakfast and you actually asked for some. I tried to not watch, but you got a piece from Ryan and then ate it! And then promptly said "Yuck!". Ryan did get you to eat another piece out of his bowl and then Mommy got you to eat a couple more pieces by taking your picture. And then I took a photo of you with my phone eating one more piece and sent it to Daddy. He asked you if you liked it and you said "No! Yuck!" - LOL! But you did eat 4-5 pieces, so maybe there's hope to eat more another day!
The very 1st cereal you've eaten in your little life!
You had Music Therapy with Miss Lee today. I had forgotten to get out your chair and I look over to see you making the most of it by sitting on the floor. You were as comfy as could be - and I think - paying a little more attention because her fingers were right in front of your eyes!
And stopped dead in my tracks after spying this guy.
I backed way up and slowly put everything down and got the camera back out. Slowly walked up and starting shooting. He wasn't too sure what to make of me and the large black thing in my face! :) He sure was pretty though!
Mommy called Miss Kelly a month ago to get you set back up with PT for the summer. Today was your 1st session back with her and you were sooooooo excited! We told you a couple days ago and then last night, told you that it would be today. You took forever going to sleep last night - I could hear you quietly going over your list - go to sleep, wake up, cracker and milk, get dressed, go see Miss Kelly! This morning - you could hardly stand it! After you were done with your list (at like 7:30am), you couldn't understand why we couldn't leave right then! Too funny! Miss Kelly was quite impressed with how you were doing, since we hadn't seen her since school started. You rode the bike, the scooter, jumped on one foot and both feet, walked the balance beam and all sorts of other things! You were quite hot and sweaty when you were done!
A long, warm day spent by the pool for part of it! We had a coupon for Old Country Buffet - so we had that for breakfast. Came home and swimmed for a bit. I took several photos with my camera and then set it inside on the kitchen table on Matthew's dry clothes. Ryan peeks inside later and Smokey had pulled the clothes on the floor - my camera with it. Totally broke my 50mm lens, but so far it seems that the camera is ok. Dog was in the dog house though - big time! The rest of the day was spent doing laundry and going to Daddy's work to get him packed up for his trip to CA.
Ryan got straight A's again this semester (he only had one B during the 1st semester - the rest were all A's!) and we decided he needed a treat for such good grades! We asked him what he might want and he thought about it for a week or so. He wanted to go to the Lego's store and get this crane they have. While we were there - they had all 3 train sets in (something that he has been ASKING for like crazy). We decided to get him a train set, but with the stipulation that he has to work off the cost for part of it doing chores this summer. Of course, he was more that willing - LOL! After spending a few hours at the mall (Daddy went to Sears for some new tools and Mommy got some new Bath & Body Works), we came home and within 2 hours Ryan had it assembled.
Matthew at MT today. She brought these electronic drum sticks that had a light on the end and made sounds as you beat them on things. You had a BLAST playing with them! You also decided to peel off her color coded stickers from her keyboard and then proceeded to play Doh Reh Me perfectly without them!
1st Day of Summer Vacation and we have rain!
It had been sprinkling and cloudy for the last few days - Wed. on. The HS graduations were totally drenched the night before and when we woke up this morning - it was still a little wet!
Last Day of School!
Matthew's sweet aide at school gave him this wonderful note after school and in it were Donald's and Burger King gift certificates to buy frehcn fries for him! He was SO excited and insisted that we go to Burger King for dinner that night!
Thank you, Miss Taylor!
Ryan had a breakfast before school at the library for helping out in there so much this year. And then in the morning, they held the Awards Assembly. Ryan received 6 awards - Battle of the Books, Band, and in Library, PE, Science and Math for being an exemplary student! Way to go Ryan!
I bought myself some flowers on Sunday that were 50% off at WalMart. They are so pretty and cheery on my kitchen table...
Right before Miss Adrian comes over for ST, you decided to go out back and swing. It was really hot and I was trying to get you back inside. But then I went for the camera instead!
A lazy Sunday. Matthew got a major haircut - let me use the clippers! It looks so nice! Daddy spent some time taking apart my dryer to see what's wrong with it - it's the motor. So - Dude decides to try out the drum from it!
Damion's birthday party - Dude is liking the cake! We had a great time - swimming and catching up with our friends!
Water Day at school!
The entire Kindergarten sand area was turned into a giant water area - especially after the spout broke when Mommy went to turn on the water! :) You had a great time sliding down the water slide, especially since Miss T was at the end to catch you!
