Day 31...

To visit the other 31 for 21 bloggers, look here! :) -------------------->

Wow - 31 days in a row! Don't fall off your chair! LOL! Now you probally won't hear from me for like months - LOL!

Yesterday Matthew's OT brought over cookies for him to frost - so cute! :)

Then we carved our pumpkin...

Today Matthew's sweet ST wasn't feeling good, so she just stopped in with a very cute little basket of very cute, cool treats for him...

Then it was trick or treat time!

They had fun! I didn't lose them (thank god - Ryan was 1 to 2 house in front of Matthew and I the whole time! We went with a huge group of people that were watching out for him - but still!) They got to pass out candy once we were home (to one of the 2 sets of kids that came by while we were home). Mean old mom that I am - they each had one piece of candy and were in bed (Matthew asleep) by 8:30pm. (the 2nd set of kids came at 8:30 - when I had already turned out all the lights!)

K - I'm to bed - I leave you with the great pumpkin shot (slightly shaky - LOL!)...

Day 29...

Yesterday I took photos of one tired little pumpkin...

These are the best of the bunch. I found out after I got home that I had my ISO cranked down too low and with the wrong settings, I got very few crisp shots. I'm really bummed. I hate it when I make stupid mistakes like that. I took over 100 photos and an only finding about 30 or so that work, if that. So I owe his parents another photo shoot - hopefully in a few weekends... Maybe I can get their Christmas card shot of him for them...

And when I got home - the GoKart came out!

Another low key day today. The electrians were supposed to be here today, but no one showed... See ya tomorrow! :)

Day 28...

Yesterday was our Buddy Walk! We actually have two very awesome, active groups here in town that we do things with! But both Buddy Walks were on the same day this year, so we just went to one. We had some friends of ours come and join us, which was very fun! My dear sweetheart of a husband got home from work, showered and changed his clothes and we left for the Walk. No sleep since Friday. He got about 4 hours when we got home and then went to work again. Love him! Brad worked Fri. night too, had an hour sleep and joined us with his family! That's good friends!

Ryan got into a water fight with Brad. He got to giggling - LOL! It wouldn't be a Buddy Walk without some Barney love...

The whole gang walking...

This year's walk was gianormous. This is the line in back of us and then in front of us with just a minute inbetween... Just seemed like there were way more people this year than I remember...

If you can believe it - this was just about all the photos I took. It's just such an ordeal with taking Matthew to this, that the camera didn't come out so much. He's soooooooo - what a right word? - wound up this week. He's so squirrelly and his emotions are so on the top. I read a therapist say that her kids were that way this week and blamed it on the full moon. I totally believe in the power of that - so maybe that's what's up with him this week. It's either that, or he's getting sick. But I would think if it was that - it would have happened already. He's had a hard time in some of his therapies with paying attention and they had a picnic outside on Fri. at school where all he did was run from them apparently. According to Ryan - he was out on the playground at the same time, so that didn't help any, for he kept trying to go to Ryan. And, back to the Buddy Walk, when you add in that many people and that much going on - he just gets into sensory overload, big time! When we got some lunch and went to sit under a tree, over to the side where it was quieter, things got better. But, oh man, Micheal and I are usually jsut wiped out mentally from keeping track of him and Ryan after these events. Hopefully someday it will get better! :) It's really not bad, just challenging...

Ok - I get to go photograph this sweet boy today. Hopefully the camera will co-operate and so will he - LOL! See ya tomorrow!
